Capilano University "Tourism Management Co-operative Education Diploma" graduates meet the related dipoma admission requirements to SAIT's Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management degree. New students with that credential could continue to SAIT's BHTM with an additional two years to complete their BHTM degree making it a clean 2+2 pathway. Students must meet all other admission requirements.
Graduates of SAIT's Travel and Tourism diploma program may be awarded up to 48 transfer credits towards Capilano University’s 120 credit Bachelor of Tourism Management (BTM) degree. Completion of the SAIT diploma does not imply guaranteed admission or preferential entry to the receiving institution. SAIT students will have to meet the entry requirements of the receiving institution to be accepted into the BTM program. The minimum GPA is 3.0 or equivalent. Updated April 23, 2010.
